The 825-M from Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation is a Multi-Channel Signal Generator that operates up to 20 GHz. It combines a fast switching speed of 200 µs (5 µs with Option FS) with a good phase noise under -120 dBc/Hz and signal quality. It can provide power levels of up to 18 dBm. This multi-channel version 825-M-20-X is available in 1, 2, 3, or 4 channel configurations in a standard 1U 19’’ rack-mountable enclosure (483 x 463 x 44mm).

The Model 825-M has USB, LAN, and a parallel port interface and can be controlled using the SCPI 1999 command set. This signal generator is ideal for use in an automated test environment (ATE), LO for frequency converters, telecom and Satcom applications, and R&D quantum computers.
