The LSX4091D from Tabor Electronics is a Microwave Signal Generator with a frequency range of 100 kHz to 40 GHz. It provides an output power of 15 dBm with a phase noise of -118 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset, 1GHz frequency) and a frequency resolution of 0.001 Hz. This generator has a switching speed of 20 μs (in-band) and supports FM, AM, Phase modulation, and optional pulse modulation. It has harmonics of better than -20 dBc and sub-harmonics of -70 dBc. This signal generator is built on Tabor’s modular technology platform and is available in PXIe, USB-modular, rackmount, benchtop, and portable form-factors. It is ideal for modular test systems, embedded, bench, and automated test equipment applications.
