The F2912 from Renesas is a SP2T (SPDT) absorptive RF switch that operates from 0.009 MHz to 9 GHz. The switch delivers excellent linearity and isolation performance while providing 50 ohm terminations to the unused RF input port. The switch uses a single positive supply voltage of 3.3 V supporting three states using either 3.3 V or 1.8 V user-selectable control voltage. It is available in a 4 x 4 20-pin TQFN package and is ideal for portable wireless, point to pint infrastructure, repeaters and E911 systems.
