The VEC-117 from Vectria Technologies is an SP21T Ultra Low Loss, High Power Switch that operates from 0.85 to 1.65 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 1 dB and a switching speed of 20 us. The switch can handle 150 W of CW power and 400 W of pulsed power. This ethernet controlled switch requires 18 to 32 V of DC supply. It is available in a module that measures 310 x 160 x 25 mm with Micro D, SMA RF common, and QMA RF interface at the output port. The switch is ideal for multi-beam antenna and fast antenna switching applications.
