The VRFS0002-BD from VIPER RF is a GaAs SPDT MMIC reflective switch that operates from DC to 20 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.4 dB, an isolation of more than 35 dB, and an I/O return loss of 22 and 16 dB respectively.
The switch can handle up to 23 dBm of input power at 10 GHz and requires 0 / -5V of control voltage. It is available in a die that measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.1 mm and is ideal for Defense and Instrumentation applications.
