The MAOC-009269 from MACOM is a VCO that operates from 11.4 GHz to 12.8 GHz. This low noise VCO does not require any external matching components and can easily be integrated in to a phase lock loop using its divide-by-two output. It has an integrated buffer amplifier which enables it to provide an output power of 3 dBm. The MAOC-009269 is idel for use in high capacity digital radios, point-to-point radio, point-to-multipoint radio, communications systems, and low phase noise applications. It is available in lead free 32-lead PQFN package and measures 5 mm.
