The USSP1570-LF is a compact Size low Phase Noise VCO for L Band applications that operates from 1540 to 1600 MHz. It has a narrow tuning voltage range from 0.5 to 2.5 V and a low phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset while operating off a 2.7Vdc supply while drawing 6 mA of current. It measures 0.2 in. x 0.2 in. x 0.07 in and is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements making it ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
