The nRF54L10 from Nordic Semiconductors is a Wireless SoC that operates at 2.4 GHz and supports Bluetooth 6.0, Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, IEEE 802.15.4-2020, Zigbee, Thread, Matter, Amazon Sidewalk, and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols. It comprises of a multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio and MCU with a 128 MHz Arm® Cortex-M33 processor, 128 MHz RISC-V coprocessor, NVM memory of 1.0 MB and 192 KB RAM. This SoC delivers a data rate of up to 4 Mbps and has a Tx power of up to +8 dBm with an Rx sensitivity of up to -104 dBm. It supports the latest Bluetooth® 6.0 features, including Bluetooth Channel Sounding, 802.15.4-2020 for standards like Matter, and proprietary 2.4 GHz mode.
The nRF54L10 requires a DC supply of 3 V and consumes less than 10 mA of current. It can be controlled via SPI, I2C, and PDM interfaces. This SoC also supports a comprehensive set of peripherals, including new Global RTC, 14-bit ADC, and other high-speed serial interfaces. It has a cryptographic accelerator with side-channel leakage protection, tamper detectors, and memory protection. This SoC is available in a QFN48 package that measures 6.0 x 6.0 mm or a WLCSP package that measures 2.4 x 2.2 mm.
