They are available in multiple frequency configurations (6.4 GHz, 12.4 GHz and 20 GHz) with attenuation values of 0 dB, 6 dB and 10 dB. The attenuators provide excellent attenuation accuracy and flatness. They can handle up to 2 W of CW input power and 20 W of peak power (based on 1 µs pulse width @ 1% duty cycle). They use thick film process technology on an alumina substrate making them ideal for operation in harsh environments. |
