Low Profile Wirewound Chip Inductors from 0.6 to 22 nH |
RF Inductor
from Coilcraft
|
The 0201CT Series from Coilcraft are Low Profile Wirewound Chip Inductors with inductance values from 0.60 to 22 nH. They have higher Q and lower DCR than similarly sized thin-film types and are optimized for high-frequency impedance matching in applications such as cell phones, wearable devices, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and LTE/5G IoT networks. These inductors are available in ceramic packages that measure 0.58 x 0.46 x 0.35 mm and are AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C). |

1 W GaAs Schottky Diode Signal Limiter from DC to 30 GHz |
Limiter
from Marki Microwave
|
The HLM-8011 from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Schottky Diode Signal Limiter that operates from DC to 30 GHz. It can handle an average input power of up to 1 W (~30 dBm), a peak input power of 4.5 W, and an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB (connectorized option). This limiter offers superior performance from DC through Ka-band and has a low flat leakage for protecting sensitive components and other applications that require high linearity. |
