Surface-Mount mmWave RF Antenna Module from 26.5 to 29.5 GHz |
RF Module
from Murata
|
The Type 1QT from Murata is an RF Antenna Module that operates from 26.5 to 29.5 GHz. This mmWave 5G-NR module has an EIRP of 36 dBm (400MHz CP-OFDM, -27dB EVM) and an Rx noise figure of less than 4.5 dB. It includes 16 (4×4) array antennas with dual polarization and has a scan angle of ±60°. This antenna module supports 5G NR by operating in combination with general FPGA and provides better RF performance by independently developed LTCC. |

Rugged 9 GHz Phase Locked Oscillator |
PLDRO
from Z-COMM
|
The FSG9000LX from Z-Communications is a Phase Locked Oscillator (PLO) that operates a 9000 MHz. It provides 15 dBm of output power with a phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz (@100 kHz offset) and has a harmonic suppression of -35 dBc. This PLO requires a DC supply of 15 V and consumes 150 mA of current. It is available in a rugged enclosure that is suitable for in-field use as well as bench-top testing. |

Rugged 50 W Power Amplifier from 115 to 420 MHz for LOS Radios |
RF Amplifier
from General Dynamics Mission Systems
|
The UPA-55 from General Dynamics is an RF Power Amplifier that operates from 115 to 174 MHz (VHF) and 225 to 420 MHz (UHF). It delivers an output power of up to 50 W in AM, FM, FSK, or continuous wave (CW) modulations. This amplifier has been designed to operate in extremely challenging LOS environments on land, in the air, and at sea and is able to withstand humidity, fungus, altitude, shock, dropping, and vibration with an average Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF) rate of 10,000 hours. |
