1 to 60 MHz TCXO with LVCMOS / Clipped Sinewave Output |
TCXO
from SiTime
|
The SiT5356 from SiTime is a Precision Temperature Controlled Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) that operates from 1 to 60 MHz. It has frequency stability of 0.1 to 0.25 ppm and the oscillation frequency can be controlled in 1 Hz steps. The TCXO operates over a temperature range from -40 to 105 degree Celcius with 100 ppb stability across temperature. It requires a supply voltage of 2.5 to 3.3 V and has an LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output. |
