| The M10X Series from EM Research is a 10x frequency multiplier that upconverts an input frequency from 10 MHz to an output frequancy of 100 MHz. The multiplier has a conversion gain of 3 dB and can handle an input power of up to 10 dBm. It operates over a supply voltage of 3.3 V or 5 V DC while consuming under 150 mA of current. The multiplier is available in a module that measures 1.3 x 1.1 x 0.4 inches with SMA connectors. |

| The GRF4002 is a low noise amplifier (LNA)/linear driver that operates from 0.1 to 3.8 GHz. At 2.5 GHz, it provides a gain of 15 dB with a noise figure (NF) of 0.85 dB for the evaluation board. The LNA delivers an OP1dB of 23.5 dBm and an OIP3 of 36.5 dBm biased at 5.0 volts and 70 mA. This part provides the gain, noise figure, linearity and biasing flexibility necessary to make it an outstanding stage-2 Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) LNA for automotive applications. |
