The SFS9280C-LF is a Fixed Frequency Synthesizer Module that is phase locked at 9280 MHz to an external 10 MHz reference oscillator. This low cost PLL features a phase noise of -80 dBc/Hz, -100 dBc/Hz, and -120 dBc/Hz at the 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 100 kHz offsets, respectively. The VCO delivers an output power of 3 dBm and requires a supply voltage of 5 Vdc while drawing 90 mA of current and the phase locked loop requires 3 Vdc and draws 11 mA of current. It is well suited for satellite communications and radar applications. |
