It provides an output power of 20 dBm with a gain of 20 dB and a noise figure of 1.5 dB. The amplifier requires a DC supply voltage of 8 V and consumes 160 mA of current. This 50-ohm amplifier is available as a die that measures 1.56 x 3.5 mm and is ideal for radars, military, and space applications. |
