RF Switch from Peregrine Semiconductor

The PE42020 is a True DC SPDT switch from Peregrine that operates from 0 Hz to 8 GHz. This true DC switch is poised to replace problematic mechanical relays and MEMS switches in the test and measurement market. It can handle up to 30 dBm of power at 0 Hz and 36 dBm of power at 8 GHz. The switch has high linearity with an IP3 of 63 dBm. It has a switching time 10 microsecond and a 15 microsecond settling time making it ideal for test and measurement applications.
