The ST87M01 Series from STMicroelectronics are LTE Cat NB2 NB-IoT and GNSS Industrial Modules. They are based on 3GPP Release 15 and support worldwide / regional LTE and GNSS bands. These modules have embedded IoT internet protocols with single-tone/multi-tone/extended TBS and 2 HARQ schemes and also include support for eDRX, PSM, and differential FOTA. They provide optional eSIM GSMA support with an additional secure element to provide advanced security to the module. These industrial modules deliver a data rate of 159 Kbps (uplink), and 127 Kbps (downlink) and consume less than 2 µA of current in low-power mode.
