The NJG1159PHH-A from New Japan Radio is a GNSS Front-End Module that is designed GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo constellations. It has an integrated pre-SAW filter and Low-noise amplifier with high linearity. The LNA provides a gain of 16 dB and has a noise figure of less than 1.7 dB.
