The SKY13741 from Skyworks is an LNA diversity module with six selectable filters and LNA paths, one Aux paths and an optional bypass mode to be used in mobile phones. It supports LTE bands such B3, B39, B1, B40, B41 and B7 from 1805 to 2690 MHz and is compatible with 3GPP GSM & WCDMA LTE standards. The module has a low insertion loss through the band and is integrated with SAW filters and a discrete LNA. It is available in a small 24-lead surface mount package that measures 4 x 3 x 0.7 mm.
