The Multihaul TG T265 from Siklu is a Point-to-Point/Multipoint Radio Backhaul that operates from 57 to 66 GHz. The radio backhaul has a throughput of up to 1000 Mbps. It supports TDD/TDMA duplexing techniques and has a range of up to 1000 ft/300 m. This Terragraph radio operates over the millimeter-wave spectrum using self-aligned and dynamic beam steering RF topology and supports multi-gigabit capacity in dense deployments. It can self-align horizontally (90 degrees) and vertically (50 degrees). The radio backhaul has an in-built software configured ethernet switch which has a PoE out up to 65 W for collocated CPEs, and video cameras.
The Multihaul TG T265 has terragraph certifications which is a Gigabit wireless technology that is designed by Facebook to meet the growing demand for reliable and high-speed internet access in urban and suburban environments. It is based on a narrow beamwidth technology that offers immunity to interference and network jamming. The radio backhaul can communicate with other TG distribution nodes using TG protocol and has 3 ports with both copper and fiber interfaces as well as a third port for connecting video cameras. It supports Ethernet (RJ-45) interface and is available in a module that measures 175 x 220 x 125 mm. This radio backhaul solution is ideal for fixed 5G wireless access, gigabit to the home, MDU and enterprise, Wi-Fi hotspot backhaul, security/safe city networks, smart city business services, municipal networks, small cell backhaul, and fiber hand-off applications.
