The PCS1100 from Palma Ceia SemiDesign is a 4 x 4 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi 6E Transceiver Chip that covers all three Wi-Fi bands - 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz. It offers excellent receiver sensitivity for reliable connections at a longer range and supports a dual-concurrent mode that allows simultaneous operation on two frequency bands. The transceiver chip provides excellent phase noise and linearity performance to ensure better Tx and Rx EVM (Error Vector Magnitude) specifications. It supports MU-MIMO, 1024 QAM, and UL/DL OFDMA techniques. The chip has been developed on a 28 nm process with high logic gate density. It is ideal for interfacing to a host System-level ASSP, ASIC supporting Wi-Fi 6 MAC, and baseband digital operation applications.
