The S1101 Series of Signal Generators from Saluki are available in two frequency configurations 250 KHz to 3/6 GHz. These RF signal generators can generate a signal with a power of -135 dBm to 7 dBm with a very low phase noise. They are ideal for use in manufacturing, RF education and for consumer electronics development.
