The QPA4246D from Qorvo is a Power Amplifier that operates from 37.5 to 42.5 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 10 W (~40 dBm) with a small signal gain of 16 dB and power-added efficiency (PAE) of 17%. This MMIC amplifier is fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.15 um GaN-on-SiC process (QGaN15). It requires a DC supply of 24 V and consumes 280 mA of current.
