The SKYA21037 from Skyworks Solutions is a DPDT Switch that operates from 0.7 to 3.8 GHz. This AEC-Q100 grade 2 qualified switch is built on state-of-the-art CMOS, silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.55 dB and provides more than 28 dB of isolation. The switch has a control voltage range from 1.35 to 3.1 V with one control input and requires no external DC blocking capacitors as long as no DC voltage is applied externally. |
