The QPL9058 from Qorvo is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 500 to 6000 MHz. It provides a gain of 18 dB with a noise figure of less than 0.95 dB and has a P1dB of 20.6 dBm. The amplifier provides high linearity with an adjustable bias and requires only a minimal number of external components to operate. It requires a single DC supply from 3.3 to 5 V and consumes 54 mA of current.

The SKY58277-31 from Skyworks is a Front-End Module (FEM) for LTE, 4G, and 5G-NR applications. The module covers multiple bands and meets the spectral linearity requirements of CP-OFDM and DFTS-OFDM modulations with up to 100 MHz bandwidth and up to 273 resource block allocations.
