The MAAD-011021-000DIE is a DC to 40 GHz 6 Bit Digital Attenuator with an attenuation range of 31.5 dB. It has a 0.5 dB LSB and an insertion loss of under 12 dB through the band. The attenuator integrates an inverter to allow a single control for series/shunt attenuation. The inverter requires a -5 V supply (VCC) and 17 mA typical, logic is 0 V / +5 V.
