The ZED-F9R from u-Blox is a Multi-Band GNSS Module that supports GPS/QZSS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou constellations. It has an integrated inertial measurement unit (IMU) for RTK positioning which uses built-in algorithms to fuse the IMU data, GNSS measurements, wheel ticks, correction data, and vehicle dynamic models to provide optimal positioning accuracy. The module can receive signals from 4 GNSS satellites simultaneously in challenging environments, can accurately process multipath signals and operate well in covered areas.

The NW-RF-GPS-FE from NuWaves is an RF Front End Module for GPS applications with a transmit (Tx) frequency from 1626.5 to 1675 MHz and a receive (Rx) frequency from 1518 to 1559 MHz. It has an integrated PA, LNA, high isolation diplexer between the transmit and receive paths, and band-reject filters. The FEM delivers more than 20 W of saturated output power with a transmit gain of 43 dB and has a receive gain of 47 dB. It has a switching speed of up to 2 µS.

These are monitored against atomic clocks on the ground, and the whole system is continuously calibrated against the world wide time standard, Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).

What are CPRA or Controlled Reception Pattern Antennas? |
Controlled Reception Pattern Antennas or CPRA are adaptive beam steering antennas whose reception pattern can be adjusted to create nulls in the direction of interfering signals. They create a sort of spatial filter that eliminates signals from a particular direction while letting through signals from other directions. The CPRA antenna is connected to a processing unit responsible for controlling the antenna's reception pattern.
