The switch is controlled by a 1-bit GPIO and has a switching speed of 2500 ns. This RoHS-compliant switch is also AEC-Q 100 Grade 3 qualified and is ideal for automotive telematics modules, multi-mode GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, and LTE receiver applications. |
