The SKY66110-11 is a low power front-end module (FEM) that has been designed for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) applications from 2.4 to 2.485 GHz. It consists of an integrated PA with Antenna switch and a Bypass capacitor in the Rx chain. The FEM provides an output of 10 dBm. It requires a supply of 1.8 to 5 V and is available in 20-pin MCM package that measures 3.3 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm.

The SKY66109-11 is a RF Front-End Module (FEM) for ZigBee® and Smart Energy applications. It consists of an integrated PA, LNA with a programmable bypass, integrated antenna switching and transmit and receive diversity function, fully matched input baluns, an integrated interstage matching and harmonic filter, and digital controls compatible with 1.6 to 3.6 V CMOS levels. This FEM requires a supply from 2 to 3.6 V enabling it to work with battery powered applications. It is available in a 20-pin MCM package that measures 3 x 4 x 0.9 mm.
