It is fabricated using Qorvo’s QGaN15 0.15um GaN on the SiC production process and requires a control voltage of 0/-30 V. |

It provides an isolation of 80 dB between PA and LNA in the Rx cycle and provides an isolation of 90 dB between antenna port and output port in the Tx cycle. |
