20 W GaN MMIC Power Amplifier from 17.3 to 21.2 GHz |
RF Amplifier
from Qorvo
|
The QPA1724 from Qorvo is a GaN MMIC Power Amplifier that operates from 17.3 to 21.2 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 20 W (~43 dBm) with a small signal gain of 25 dB and power-added efficiency (PAE) of 27%. This amplifier is fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.15 µm GaN on SiC process (QGaN15) and includes on-chip blocking capacitors following the DC grounds on the input and output ports. |

X-Band GaN SSPA BUC 7.9 to 8.4 GHz |
Block Up Converter
from Advantech Wireless Technologies
|
The Pamir-X Line of BUCs from Advantech Wireless are X-Band GaN based SSPA BUCs that up-convert an input frequency from 950 - 1450 MHz to an output frequency from 7.9 - 8.4 GHz with an LO frequency of 6.95 GHz. They are available in multiple output power configurations of 40W / 50W / 60W / 80W / 100W with a gain of 60 dB. These BUCs can operate using both an AC supply voltage of 120/220 V or a DC supply voltage from 36 to 72 V and consume up to 480 W of power. |

67 GHz Flexible Cables for Military and Space Applications |
RF Cable
from MegaPhase
|
The HyperFlex Cables from MegaPhase are flexible coaxial cables that allow tight, right-angle bends directly behind the connector. These cables are available in three different size and frequency configurations – 0.09 inch: 67 GHz, 0.12 inch: 50 GHz, and 0.141 inch: 40 GHz. They have a shielding effectiveness of -110 dB and a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. The cables have a propagation velocity of more than 69.5% and a time delay of 1.47 ns/ft. |
