The TEF810X is a fully integrated RFCMOS automotive radar transceiver that operates from 76 to 81 GHz. It has 3 transmit and 4 receiver channels and is optimized for Fast Chirp Modulation. The device has 2 GHz of bandwidth but can also support 4 GHz with chirp stitching.
